My birthday weekend was marred by a frustrating experience at this hotel. I had high hopes for what I expected to be a lovely stay in Bali, but I was met with a range of disappointments, particularly with the cleanliness and the room assignments. While some aspects of the hotel had potential, such as other areas seemingly nice based on other guests' comments, my personal experience was far from ideal, especially given the presence of pests and the lack of responsiveness from the staff.

The resort's grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool was always clean and inviting. While the beds were a tad firm for my liking, the overall comfort and family-friendly atmosphere made up for it. It was also great to be just a short walk to both Seminyak and the beach, adding to the convenience of our trip.
