Mutiara Bali Boutique Resort & Villa, Seminyak (Bali)

I had a largely positive experience during my stay, with clean and comfortable accommodations that made for a restful getaway. The staff was professional and service-oriented, ensuring that my check-in and overall experience was smooth. However, there were some issues with the dining experience, particularly with food being served cold, and the pool area posed challenges for accessibility. Overall, while I enjoyed my stay, there are areas that could use improvement.

We had an incredible stay at this villa, with a pristine private pool and daily breakfast served right in our room. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, making our experience truly enjoyable. The only downside was that the breakfast could use some improvement, but overall, the value for money was excellent, especially given the peaceful location only a stone's throw from vibrant Seminyak.

My birthday weekend was marred by a frustrating experience at this hotel. I had high hopes for what I expected to be a lovely stay in Bali, but I was met with a range of disappointments, particularly with the cleanliness and the room assignments. While some aspects of the hotel had potential, such as other areas seemingly nice based on other guests' comments, my personal experience was far from ideal, especially given the presence of pests and the lack of responsiveness from the staff.

We had an amazing stay at Mutiara Bali Boutique Resort & Villas. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable with their attentive service. The resort's grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool was always clean and inviting. While the beds were a tad firm for my liking, the overall comfort and family-friendly atmosphere made up for it. It was also great to be just a short walk to both Seminyak and the beach, adding to the convenience of our trip.

We had an enjoyable stay in a spacious villa with a lovely pool, and the traditional outdoor bathrooms were a nice touch. While the location was perfect, since it was easy to walk to the nearby restaurants and shops, the breakfast options left much to be desired. The dining was decent, but not memorable, which was a disappointment given the overall experience.
